As Co-Founder and CTO/CIO of A&T Printing Solutions, I am responsible for providing 3D printing solutions to B2B customers and printed products to B2C customers. The company's focus on personality is the main focus within the B2C business, and we achieve this by stocking over 10 colors at any time, having a wide range of categories, and offering extras such as multi-color prints, date or name personalization, resin or varnish finishes, timelapse of the print, and fast track service.
Myself and my partner Tyrese operate the business, and we share the roles of CEO, CFO and LEGAL. Tyrese fulfills the roles of CMO and COO. We are successfully running the business and having a lot of fun along the way. With our diverse set of roles and responsibilities, we are able to bring our unique perspectives and skillsets to the table, which has been a key to our success.

As a technical support representative, my main responsibilities include providing assistance to customers, service agents and internal staff through various forms of communication such as phone, in-person, email and live chat. My role involved working with a diverse range of customers, including direct customers and a network of service agents across the UK. I was also responsible for providing remote diagnosis and troubleshooting for a wide range of electric golf trolleys and accessories, dating back to 2008. My knowledge of the product catalogue, consisting of over 25 electric golf trolleys and 30+ accessories, allowed me to quickly and effectively diagnose issues and provide solutions.I was able to achieve this within 6 months of joining the company, which demonstrated my ability to quickly adapt and learn the products and their technical aspects, and provide the highest level of customer service by being proactive, responsive, and helpful!

As an IT Support Technician at Biggleswade Academy, I was responsible for a wide range of technical support tasks, including 1st and 2nd line support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and escalating tasks as needed. I also had experience with Active Directory tasks, such as creating and removing user accounts, as well as managing G-Suite and anti-virus software. I was also responsible for sending daily emails to school staff, maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reaching Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, My manager and I were tasked with transitioning pupils from in-class learning to remote learning due to COVID-19 restrictions. We achieved this by imaging and deploying mobile devices, such as iPads, alongside Chromebooks issued by the Department of Education.
I also gained valuable experience in other areas such as networking hardware and protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and working with children. My technical skills and experience have been honed through hands-on experience and have prepared me well for my next role in IT support.

During my time at Everest, I was exposed to a wide variety of tools and techniques that were required for my job role as IT Support Engineer. Some of the key tools and technologies that I became proficient in include ConnectWise (a ticketing system), Asset Manager, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Active Directory, Webroot SecureAnywhere (Anti-Virus Admin) and many others. My daily responsibilities as an IT Support Engineer included a variety of tasks such as Active Directory Administration(Starter/ Leaver / Edit), first - line activities, software and hardware related, which were conducted both remotely and in person.I was also responsible for imaging hardware for sales staff and ensuring that SLA & KPI standards were kept by practicing good ticket management and escalation protocols.As part of my role, I was responsible for handling software and hardware related issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, and providing guidance and training to other team members!
