During my time at Biggleswade Academy, I was responsible
for various tasks within a school setting, including 1st
and 2nd line support, hardware and software
troubleshooting, Active Directory tasks, G-Suite
administration, antivirus administration, daily
communication with school staff, and meeting SLAs and
KPIs. I also played a role in transitioning students to
remote learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, which
involved deploying mobile devices and working with the
Department of Education. This experience also exposed me
to networking hardware, protocols, hardware
troubleshooting, technical language, and working with
children.
